      -Good technical works. Product based company - Good turnover and less employee strength - Motivating and Caring Managers - Encouraging top Management -Good on-site opportunities -Friendly work atmosphere

      - Recently joined HR colleagues trying to change the best work culture. The behaviour HR management trying to make a service based culture from product based company culture - No food facility inside campus - Not trying to retain / recall good performers once they put paper. Behaving like enemies from HR side once you put resignation
