I have been with Methode last 6 years. It has been a good journey so far. I have been part of software team. Methode provides lot of opportunities for learning and trying newer technologies. There is lot of global exposure with onsite opportunities. - good team with lot coordination internally and global teams - interaction with all engineering domains - decent salary at par with industry - no politics - flexible working hours

The current office space is congested. Need more office space.
