- Salary - Social insurance - Medical insurance - Transportation to a few destinations but not all of them - Annual increase - Manufacturing experience - Export and Import experience

Cons

- Turnover rate is extremely high - Unnecessary disciplinary actions on a daily basis - Direct superior is unspecified - Management strategy is unknown - Unfriendly work environment - Continuous debate between all company departments due to work processes are always not followed

The team I worked with in the United states was composed of very intelligent members and was developing cutting edge technology across a large spectrum of different applications.

Cons

the US team working on our product line in Carthage IL. was let go, this was followed by the laying off of the few working on the product line in Harwood Heights. My understanding is Methode India is now developing the product line as well as manufacturing it. Americans were used to develop a product, once we did most of it, those that did not jump ship were let go and production was moved to India.
