      Work / Life balance Nice facilities in Southfield Challenging tasks

      Cons

      Very poor communication 1970’s mentality regarding procedures and systems (still receive a check on the mail) Expense reports take 3 weeks -at best- to be approved and are NOT direct deposit Medical premiums are triple (!!) compared to other companies in Michigan No link of job responsibilities to overall company strategy Not “one company” mentality Local enterprise without global approach Lack of accountability from upper management Poor teamwork environment. program management vs engineering vs manufacturing vs Mexico No training available

      Very outdated culture as far as management styles, demographics in leadership positions, work-from-home policy, dress code... Lack of transparency in management Senior leadership has a general sense of superiority (condescending/arrogant) No clear career growth trajectory Less holidays and PTO than similar companies
