Got solid exposure to driver level development, board bring up. Automotive programs. There is freedom to explore and implement your own ideas, not much micro management but they expect you to keep them posted on whatever work we are doing. Flexible working, they focus more on outcome. Got to interact with the global stake holders. Good place at initial stage to boost core technical exposure for establishing solid career foundation

Some more training programs, Managers are held upwith lot of work, should delegate and should consider spending more time with the team..
