Company has strong base in products especially for electronics products in automotive and industrial Worked in Hardware team, good project exposure Job is stable, during covid also company supported well My team and manager helped me a lot during my personal crisis. Very supporting colleagues Work culture is flexible and management listens to employees Work life balance is good Good rewards and recognition program, even freshers get recognized for their work Technical products, Good understanding of engineering basics required for sustain.

Projects are core technical, good for career but some strong technical training to be planned for execution

The team is good and helpful. Got chance to work on diffrent projects, mostly related to automotive. I learnt many new things. I learnt full cycle of development here Some times work pressure is high but work life balance is also good. Got onsite travel couple of times Flexible environment
