Pros
Great products, excellent customer focus, & a large range of product line offering that os of superior quality. Applications knowledge and inside technical team phenomenal.
Cons
Micromanagement rampant. Upper management consists mostly of people who have been brought up through the business or acquired businesses. This sounds like a good thing, its not, the result is a group of rigid, chauvinistic, men who have blinders on and blame everybody else for everything to cover themselves & their poor people management skills at all costs. They were lucky guys that won the territory lottery with a good product to sell. It was not because of their skill set.
