Once great company fading under poor leadership

Pros

Strong brand respect and brand awareness with a great legacy. Strong supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.

Cons

Leadership seems out of their league with a lot of infighting. Constant small minded condescension of competitors’ successful tactics. Serious turn over issues. Many 10-15 year tenured employees have quit hollowing out the organization. Low compensation relative to other opportunities that is not even remotely offset by “environment”.
