Pros

Great team and support, locally and nationally. Annual service and sales meetings to align company objectives. Can make changes quickly and service customer with parts, warranty, service contracts, and tech support.

Cons

Lots of travel to processing plants outside in Texas. Lot's of site specific training to get onto customers sites.

Even though high work load they understand that life happens and the importance of family. Great staff and enjoyable to work with everyone even management.

Cons

Heavy work load with high exceptions, insufficient training but they are improving, upper management needs more experience and needs to keep to their word.
