Pros

A small company with global reach. Metrohm USA is a fantastic place to work. Employees are offered a high degree of autonomy and freedom to make critical business decisions on a daily basis. The company makes every effort to put people above profits - MUSA employees are valued by their direct managers and organizational leadership team. The business is thriving and should continue to do so with structure in place capable of supporting scale.

Cons

One frustration is (at times) created due to a perceived lack of resources. However, this is a trade off. Metrohm is a risk-averse organization, and as such, does not hire a lot of people each year. In doing so, if times do get tough or there is an economic downturn, employees retain high confidence in job security.
