Pros

This is an awesome company to work for. The CEO works hard to make ongoing improvements to the company, the employees are treated exceptionally well, and the benefits are outstanding. Having worked at other organizations in the past this is the best company I have ever worked for and every day I come to work I feel truly valued.

Cons

Over time the company has grown and that is an adjustment to employees and the leadership team. Growing pains are normal with any business and is a sign of ongoing success.

MSUFCU honestly cares about their employees, members, and the community. They are a great place to work for people who have been in the financial industry and people who are switching career paths.

Cons

There can be a higher turnover rate at times in customer facing positions. Inter-company transitions can be difficult.

Benefits are amazing. Fast growing organization with a lot of opportunity.

Cons

Favoritism is common throughout the organization. If you are on the CEO's good side, you'll be OK, if not, then you better start looking... Growing too fast, putting people in jobs before they are ready and placing outrageous expectations on them. Corporate culture preaches family values, but the workload is enormous and expectations unrealistic.
