Pros

Benefits reel people in only to make them unhappy

Cons

Each person has a different answer for the same question - training is not adequate. Updates and changes are made constantly so nobody really knows how to do things the currently correct way. Branch employees are constantly on their phones or chatting on teams while members are waiting in the lobby to be helped. Additional work is always piling up due to traffic and lack of employees. You're asked to sell products and services to every single member while members complain they waited 20 minutes to be helped - I was told this wouldn't be a sales position when I was hired in. What on earth is the point in remodeling a building that the majority of the people who work in - work from home???

Pros

If you're full time, you get free Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance. Great dental care with Delta Dental. You can wear jeans to work so long as your top has a collar if you're a man. They are very DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) friendly. Staff is very pleasant, seem to love their jobs. Training done by the two ladies in Human Resources is top notch. It's a good environment to work in if you're LGBTQ. It's overall a great place to work if you're not security. THC friendly. Both Headquarters offices have fitness centers.

Cons

The title is misleading, it's actually corporate desk security. The security training program doesn't exist. It consists of being trained while the trainer is also working, then having to read Standard Operating Procedures from there for an overly complex system. Coming from a physical security background, I do not like their inaction when dealing with disgruntled members, taking several hours to notify local PD. I had a hard time finding the fire extinguishers because the boxes were painted the same color as the walls and there was no signage above them. Part time is 5 days per week and every Saturday.
