Pros

There are no pros. This company will mess with you and your fellow employees.

Cons

No work life balance. Upper management say's one thing but does something else. No clear direction. All is by word of mouth so they won't be culpable. Expensive out of pocket health insurance (high deductible-$3k). Accounting games with jobs to show more capital than maintenance. Not transparent with the public on what happens to the electrical system. Cuts corners on maintenance. Will work you to the max. without any acknowledgement or compensation. Min raise in salary. Management uses threats of termination to direct what they want done. If you give 2 weeks or more notice upon quitting. Company will sandbag you so they can cheat you out of your P.T.O.. and try to mess up your work record. I doesn't make a difference if you are a goof off or stellar employee-they will treat you both the same-bad!! You do not want to work here unless you are very desperate.

Pros

Time flys your really busy I made some lifelong acquaintances I have officially been fired from my first job in my life after 48 years

Cons

Must have a drs note to use the bathroom outside of your 2 15 min breaks and 30 min lunch. Must know (memorize) all policies procedures and references paths to resolve customer calls with less than 5 min and 2 mins on emergency calls. Perfection is expected.

Pros

The only thing good is the benefits and job security

Cons

The management has not addressed the real issues with employee turnover. Entry level employees want schedule flexibility. The training for new customers service associates is insufficient. The complex customer service policies make the job of the customer service representative very difficult to learn. The compensation for the customer service representatives does not pay enough since they are expected to be on-call and work last minute overtime. The HR policies reward deadbeat employees and the employees that actually do the right thing are not recognized. There’s a double standard when it comes to how handle employees based on personal relationships. Promotions go to those employees that a have a personal friendships with the managers and directors.
