      -guaranteed 40 hours -great health benefits -overtime opportunities

      Cons

      -hard to get recognition due to cronyism and nepotism -disrespectful/disorganized management -no true leaders. Nobody leads by example. “Do as I say, not as I do.” -disorganization starts at the top, trickles down, and falls on the shoulders of good techs who care enough to fix the problem. -if you know the right people, you can do no wrong. If you are disliked by the same people, you can do no right.
