      The pay was adequate, especially for entry level employees.

      Cons

      The company owner really only cared about himself and his inner circle. You’ll be fired in a blink if Mark Miller is in a bad mood. I was fired for cell phone use inconsistent with company policy. Which normally would be fair but it was common practice and they used it as an excuse to eliminate the position when the economy was really bad. They avoided having to pay unemployment. After that, I found myself in a position to steer a lot of jobs away from MEG by recommending other companies I felt were more deserving. Expect to be available 24/7 if you work for MEG.
