Depends on which outlet you are assigned to. Some outlets have in charge that are BAD , and expects you to do this and that EVERY DAY, and have high expectations from a part timer. Unfortunately, they failed to protect the interest of their own employee and always give in to unreasonable customers. If you are looking to work at part time, avoid outlet around west singapore. But as i said, it also depends on how good the in charge is.
Sadly, miniso does not take care of their own employees well being. One of the dumbest thing was sending word of encouragement after setting high expectations for their employees and saying " YOU GUYS CAN HIT THE TARGET" and obviously their concern is hitting the sales target. It is quite stupid saying that cause everyone is oblivious to their encouragement. The pay is lousy and miniso should not be expecting high levels of quality work with just a few words of useless encouragement.
