      A stumbling unorganized experience

      Manual labor isn’t too demanding usually, cute things and typically nice surrounding locations

      Cons

      Management has been seemingly trying to figure things out 3.5 months since opening, 0 prior training for the job (regional manager had to train me on register day of grand opening - my first shift), schedule is rarely even two weeks out, coworkers lack common sense and dependability, management hides any contact to HR, no consequences for negative behavior (leaving the register open overnight, rude comments from leads to associates)

      -cute merchandise -"Karens" are very rare, most customers are pleasant. -15 per hour at my location -Flexible hours -fun work environment for the creative -Promotions are possible

      Cons

      -Working here can be impossible if you have horrible managers, or ego-sensitive coworkers. Because it's easy to get opportunities with this company, bad apples will end up in management sometimes. -You get no employee discount -Store standards can be hard to learn, it's skilled labor. -Mixed opinions on HR -No benefits
