A lot of good people work here.

Cons

Management is constantly cutting positions and leaving an unrealistic amount of work for those that remain. Customer service has sufferred because of this. Customers are often sold on features in software that either doesn't exist or barely works. Reporting is lacking.

Company is downsizing and offshoring jobs. Onshore jobs are fewerr and require Agile knowledge and skills.

There are truly caring employees who strive to do their best and want to participate in their own success in addition to the company's success.

Cons

Executive level management does not live up to the (Mitchell) values and beliefs they heavily promote. There is an extreme lack of integrity and honesty. Upper management is afraid to communicate the real issues. There is no accountability at the senior level. There is no sense of teamwork and a tremendous amount of finger pointing (The Mitchell Handshake). Groups operate independently with total disregard to impact. They claim to be customer focused however they deliver low quality software that heavily, negatively impacts their customers.
