Basically nothing. Hard to think of any.

Cons

Micromanagement. No Appreciation. Bad Senior Management. Focus on only few teams, rest are ignored. Promotions based on seniority rather than performance. Low Salary. Bad benefits. A lot of inexperienced engineers acting like they know everything. No one listens to your point of view but will come back 10 months later to do the same thing you suggested before. Small Limited budgets for each project so you will often be asked to put some overtime.

A lot of great and talented people to work with. Large company with plenty of room to grow. Beautiful easily accessible building. Good company culture, allowing flexible hours, health incentives,...

Cons

Upper management is completely disconnected from what happens under them. Business decisions seem to be made without the employers (and sometimes even without the clients) in mind. Lower than average wages.
