-Great company culture and work-life balance. -Striving to innovate and phase out old products -Wealth of knowledge to obtain, both on the industry and your career field. -Talented people who can guide you in improving yourself.

Cons

-Legacy products currently bring in the most money but horribly unmaintainable and messy. -Pay is a little lower than what I've seen from other company. -Dependencies across multiple teams can sometimes be problematic in getting work done.

A lot of fabulous people to connect with. Where business and technology meets. A company with a lot of data that can be used for great things!

Cons

New work methodology that they are trying to put in which take a lot of meetings and times. Lots of applications are outdated and need to be refactored, documented etc.
