Thought of getting in a organization to learn and earn, but left due to *Torture*!!!
Pros
The company is acquiring a lot of organizations and that eventually leads to a strong market presence and quality of solutions. Salary and commissions are great and prompt.
Cons
Here we go. Not all but there's great, I mean aggressive micro management and the bandwidth is beyond imaginable. Leadership doesn't get to know so employees do get extremely oppressed and insulted. You're given veiled threats by the reporting manager on letting you go if you don't meet their extremely demanding requirements. Almost everyone is overworked and has bandwidth issues, that's why as damage control they decided to start one day off in a month as wellness day. Extreme Micromanagement and very high expectations. Instead of doing your job, you do an admin's job and that negatively impacts your overall performance. But this can be managed if they think of us as humans and not slaves.
