Pros

easy-going, family-like staff. Always looking to improve processes & able to get your voice heard. Start-up feel (which I love); we do company "Fun Fridays" & also are provided lunches & food all day.

Cons

LA Traffic is always the worst.

First class inside sales tools and work stations Average salary but good perks Hard working sales team - 90% give 110% all the time Fun staff meeting with a CEO who knows how to have a good laugh

Cons

Unrealistic goals - this product is very hard to sell - not because it isn't a great tool for non-profits but it is expensive. Very long sales cycle. Rarely does more than 20% of the team make goal each month which seems strange. Top producers get majority the price request leads Favoritism is pretty blatant from upper management It's a boiler room - no matter how you package it - but a nice office Need to get an HR person in place - you are big enough now
