Pros
First of all, I want to say that this is not a typical inside sales career. The most successful sales professionals, are those who apply a more consultative and relational sales method. Patience and understanding are very necessary parts of your daily routine. Management is very interested in paying commissions and will do what they can to help you succeed. Marketing has also been great the last couple of months and have really grown the amount of organizations that are connecting with us via leads. There is a great start up environment that includes everything from healthy snacks in the kitchen to a hired taco cart dishing out tacos on a Friday for lunch. This is the type of company you do not dread heading to on a Monday morning.
Cons
There are growing pains, but that is the nature of any company. A new building is being researched, so that potential con will be fixed in the new future hopefully.
