Pros

I work in the Customer Success dept and I genuinely respect the people I work with and report to. I have been at this company for over 2 1/2 years and I feel valued and heard. That attitude extends to our customers. We respect the people we serve and do what we can to help them meet their goals. We also listen to them and make changes to the service and product accordingly.

Cons

It is sometimes hard to work at a startup. Focus can be on building the sales team and securing new revenue rather than building the support team and making sure we can realistically support all our customers. Luckily things are changing on that front here!

The clients: We are fortunate in that we get to work with people whose only drive is to do good work in this world. Words cannot express how honored we are to be a part, however large or small, an NPO's cause. The culture: Fun, fast paced, hard working, supportive, results driven, respectful, open and honest. The people: Simply put, the best. Each person in each department works hard for each other so we can all meet our goals. The best thing about this group is how they genuinely care about the success of our clients. The culture: Hard working, FUN, inspiring, supportive, empowering, results driven, respectful, and did I mention fun?

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons. I've worked for many companies, in many industries, and this is by far the most rewarding job I've ever had.
