The owner is a theft, he wants you to work it but not pay you for it. I should’ve known when signing pre employment documents nothing is fully explained to you and if you don’t sign or agree you don’t get to work, there. So you feel forced to do so when one of the office CSR hands you the paperwork and tells you to sign ❌❌❌! Then you have questions and she sits there as if she’s helping but doesn’t fully explains to you what your signing and only explains what “The Company” tells her to say. When you ask for a copy of documentation they tell you they can’t give it to you because of copyright issues. The hours say from 7:45am-5:00pm but be ⚠️WARNED⚠️ once hired you could stay there past 5:00pm. And the owner does not like to pay overtime much less anything passed 40hours! They have a very aggressive system where they blame it on their MAIDS (2 per home)for taking to long to clean houses even if the home is a two story 4,000 SQ home! The owner is MICROMANAGING and condescending. They have a high turnover rate not “ALWAYS”because of the “employees “ but because the way they treat them. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, Cut Throat NEVER-GOOD ENOUGH NO-MATTER WHAT YOU DO
