      people here make you believe anything, very convincing

      no one speaks up, there is serious seniority, managers blame you for the smallest things you dont have control over, people are pressuring candidates to accept offers left and right, the pay is so low less than nyc minimum salary which is a SCAM, everyone is just in their own heads, lack of support for employees who are struggling -- LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!

      Not much besides co workers.

      Management has no idea how to lead or motivate employees. They resort to tactics that most companies would consider unprofessional. They play favorites when it comes to splitting up accounts. Do not trust what they tell you during the interview process. Most of it is lies. Only look at your base salary because commissions are next to nothing even when closing deals unless you are working 24 hours a day you won’t make much. President has been a total failure in trying to boost morale especially during the heart of Covid. She may be good at sales but has no idea how to create a good team environment. Take a look at all the employee reviews and you will notice a trend of 5 star reviews that are fake. That is because employees are offered $ incentives to get consultants to put good reviews.
