Pros

Nothing I could really think of besides free bagels every Wednesday and free lunches every Thursday.

Cons

I must say, this is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Where do I even begin... *Low compensation *Your manager will micromanage the crap out of you, checking every emails you send to your leads and asking how many phone calls you've made *Three check-ins with your manager every day: 1st: You tell him about what you have planned for your day in the morning. 2nd: You report what you worked on in the morning. 3rd: Essentially the same as the second; what you did in the afternoon. *If you didn't follow exactly what you wrote on your daily plan, be prepared to get lectured by your manager. *Your manager will force you into doing things you don't want/agree to. The list can go on....

Pros

mandatory happy hours- if you are into drinking until 2am and having your team that you are dependent upon for money shows up every Friday hungover unable to do their job.

Cons

No direction, poor communication and leadership. Too many hands in the pot.

Pros

Strong operational infrastructure with excellent reporting, recruiting, sales tools, onboarding processes, and support teams.

Cons

The SVP of Motion’s contract staffing division operates with a highly arrogant, top-down leadership approach that discourages open dialogue and shuts down any feedback that challenges his perspective. Meetings are one-sided, condescending, dismissive, filled with contradictions, and more of an interrogation and not collaboration or partnership. Unfortunately, he is a Motion lifer so executive management continues to support him even with numbers being down, low morale, talented AE’s resigning in droves to join competitors, and a vast majority of his team’s production coming from Account Executives that were inherited through a big acquisition of another firm back in 2022. Truly baffling.
