Pros

It's a great place to start your career, get training and learn a valuable skillset. Almost everyone who leaves gets nearly a 2x salary increase wherever they go next.

Cons

-The company is dying, almost everyone is quitting and there is no hiring going on. -Micromanagement is atrocious. -Kelly Services Acquisition basically sealed the company's fate. -Full-Desk recruitment but for some reason there is a talent team that is looked down upon and will most likely be completed scraped. -Rules of engagement are never followed appropriately, you will end up fighting other colleagues from other regions constantly. -Any sort of group activities, events, or happy hours have been scraped. -Despite terrible conditions and a terrible market, management refuses to acknowledge this fact and just doubles down on micromanagement. -Almost everyone I know from this company has left or is currently looking for a new role. -There is a draw on comission for lead recruiters and above -Too many meetings

Pros

Good Training Program in a way

Cons

Management is horrible; they are cruel people. They make you work overtime and treat you like prisoners. Be aware that in every meeting, they are talking about you behind your back. They will create group chats to make fun of you and even slam doors in your face (I have seen this happen many times). When you bring up poor management behavior to upper management, they turn a blind eye. They do not allow you to get up from your seat more than twice a day; if you do, you are looked at funny. Management’s main goal seems to be making you feel small and embarrassed, at least, that’s what it feels like. Every single person here is miserable, and during lunch breaks, all we talk about is how horribly we are being treated. There have been countless times when management has made employees go home crying, like some kind of mean girl/boy high school drama. It’s sad, and I’m shocked this branch is even still running. For every 16 people they hire, about 15 of them quit within two months. Most don’t even make it through the training period, and they want you to think it’s because of the person, but in reality, it’s because of management and the toxic office environment. Anyway, don’t work here if you want to continue living your life without losing sleep every night, dreading the next morning. I cannot stress this enough, it’s all because of management and this branch. Other regions might not be as bad, but this one is a big NO GO.
