Cons
Bad place for mid age competent people who want to ladder up, mid level management are filled people who work with company for long time. They just don't want to go anywhere else and company won't fire them Managers are always busy by getting their own people busy. Useless process and alignments are in place just because to show the top brass that we have it in place and ready to be complex like big company. Work life balance is 0. Company want employee to organize something outside the work and call it "MOXA family". many of them do it just because they can't say NO.
