      Pros

      My particular situation i am in remote location and am rarely dealing with upper management as I complete all of my tasks on time with out issues. I get 120 pto hours due to length of service with the current client.

      Cons

      Mphasis recently had a 10% across the board cut in addition to the 17% cut experienced in 2015. Management is of no help in most situations and is fortunate to have outstanding techs who tackle challenges and strive for positive results.

      Absolutely nothing. This organization is TRASH.

      Cons

      Don't expect ANY positive compensation adjustment - not even cost of living! If you're a US employee you'll experience less pain filing for unemployment than working for this hackjob operation. Management is completely useless, of no help whatsoever, just do what they're told from their overlords. Always told "its just the way it is". Don't expect ANY change for the positive!
