      Attractive from outside and can be very deceiving, if have backing of your managers you wont have to worry about performance.

      Cons

      No recognition of good work Compensations are poor Managment SUCKs No clear procedures unnecessary cost cutting

      Pros

      If you want to have some work and not all then you are at a right place. The babu giri has entered the management already - it's good for you if you happened to be believer of babu giri. Remunerations are ok.. Work Infrastructure is good..(for nothing)

      Cons

      Inefficient Mgmt The heads seating at the top don't have any insights to the details. Whistle blower is practically not functioning.. No ethics followed by the mgmt It's size (no of employees) is too big to handle for the mgmt.
