Pros

Great role to take on more. Somewhat depends on your manager, but I got to take on training, events, ordering and outreach. The company really cares what they do and cares for their employees

Cons

With the head office in Olympia, job growth really heads to store manager or possibly a trainer. Benefits are only for leadership team.

Pros

Great values. Especially for the health and care of their customers and their animals. Top of the line product that you can stand behind and be lroud to vouch for. Cares for employees to grow within the company. Family culture. Great benefits. Fun atmosphere and your always learning something new!

Cons

Strict on policy but respectfully. Lost the job due to register errors within a period, so be on top of your game and you'll surely be rewarded. Even after being let go, I have nothing but good things to say. My manager had a hard time firing me but it was policy :/ love them none the less
