Its a great place to learn a lot about dog/cat nutrition. The district manager was a jerk who hated pregnant women.

Great staff, fun environment, awesome customers, help animals, work with charities

Cons

The district manager would lie with promise of moving up in the company, but the truth is that you get stuck working there for years and hardly see a raise. They are more concerned with re-vamping their stores to promote key people with the proper skills to run stores they open. False hope, I guess.

Get to help dog and cat owners with the specific problems and watch the progress of the pets as their health gets better the customers are awesome team mates and staff are awesome and fun to work with overall pretty good pay, good benefits for leads, Decent training program

Cons

No communication with upper management if there is any it is through many emails and many channels the system for reprimanding employees is all screwed up you are taking advantage quite a bit through the schedule and what they demand for what they pay
