benefits and that is it!

Cons

they talk the talk but no one walks the walk. the employees have to live by different standards that the executives. you are now just a number and not a asset to the company. communications are a joke and no one cares the effects in the field just make sure you follow the tribal knowledge that is still there or you will be gone quickly.

You are forced to plus sell candy or whatever they have and if you dont sell enough you will be wrote up. No breaks,favoritism by management, hard work low pay .Just too much work for one person per shift.
