I started in high school as a temp and got hired to work part time. The hours were great for high school, a few four hour shifts a week leaving lots of time for school activities and homework. Generally all the employess were friendly and great to work with, and the teachers were pretty cool to be around. When it wasn't busy it was really relaxed, and pretty well organized during busy seasons usually. An awesome place to work if you love music and kids.

Cons

TONS of turnover. In the almost 3 yrs I worked there, I had about 6 different managers. The longest was for about a year and a half, and some for as little as a month. Employees were constantly being transferred to new locations. We were also expected to meet a sales goal, despite the fact that the store was constantly empty. Also i ended with the same pay as i started with, despite being the second longest lasting employee at that location. Eventually left because I couldn't keep earning minimum wage.
