In my personal experience, it was tough to work for this company as a whole. I did not feel the respect they claim to have for their employees the entire time I worked for them. I expected as much though, seeing as they are a shady corporation with the guise as a small business popping up everywhere buying mom and pop shops. The only reason I started working there and gave them a try was because my old company was purchased by them. I was asked to go above and beyond the job description for an hourly position that didn't pay as well as it should've. HR was a mess the entire time I worked for them (2018-2020), they changed who was running the company and HR several times. It was difficult to get any staffing changes done, hassling the higher-ups and HR with several emails and calls was the only way to get responses in a timely manner. In the end, I stayed on furlough as long as they allowed me after COVID-19 shut everything down. They let me go quietly without letting me know in October the same year. (Only reason I knew was from my bank statement saying "Last Paycheck") I'm glad for this though, I'm better off without them, especially my mental health.
