Pros

Discount on meals. It's rewarding when you have nice customers who see results doing the 21 day challenge. I enjoyed working with my coworkers in the friendly environment.

Cons

Low pay and crazy amounts of hours. They get frustrated when qualified employees with college educations leave but why would we stay when we're only making $28,000 to work 50+ hours a week? And we are required to work every single weekend. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Even though they were the slowest business days. College grads can get a better paying job with regular hours anywhere else. Management does not communicate well with the stores or fit fanatics. We went a month without a store manager. Three months into working here, I was expected to do my job, the NC job, and the GM job all for just $10 an hour. Two months later, they decided to give me a "promotion" which was increase to salary but when you looked at the hourly pay (now expected to work 50+hours) it was actually a pay cut.

Pros

In theory, it's a great concept. But the new management team has figured out a way to screw everything up. When Anthony Milton was the CEO, it was a great company and a great place to work. We had an executive staff of people who worked hard and truly cared about the food, employees and customers. Unfortunately, the ownership structure decided to sell a huge chunk of the company to a private equity firm. And it was all downhill from there. Since then, the executive team has been replaced with incompetent people and the leadership is worse than ever. The only reason My Fit Foods ever experienced any kind of success was because of Anthony Milton and the rest of the executive team that was in place. One member of current leadership once took an employee to a strip club and ended up with a $26000 bill on his company AMEX!! Some of them spend money frivolously because they never had to work hard for it. And now that we are gone the company has completely tanked in sales and profits.

Cons

January through May are the company's busiest months. Compared to last year sales are down over 26% because of incompetence and cutting corners on quality which results in inferior product. One remaining member of ownership always had these idiotic cliches that he obviously thought were so wise... Things you'd expect to read out of a fortune cookie. He'd say "you know what luck is?" I would think of something cerebral and insightful like "luck, in the business sense, is the place where preparation and opportunity meet" and he would reply with "luck is Labor Under Correct Knowledge"... A goofy acronym.. WHAT AN IDIOT! This guy seriously has no aptitude for business!

Pros

50% off meals, 25% off of supplements. Decent food but menu rarely changes.

Cons

Management is terrible. All the nutrition coaches are about are selling supplements and deposits to get commission. They just copy paste meal plans to different 21 day clients. Not to mention all of the foreign objects found in the food. I personally had a customer bring back a meal that had a giant piece of glass in the kombucha chicken. The glass came from the kombucha glass bottle they use. Not to mention all the other stories from other employeeds... finding pens, nuts, bolts and rubber gloves. Having to fix the nutrition coaches screw ups with meal plans.
