Pros

The company's concept is great and I love what it stands for. The company is putting in the right processes to expand and improve food quality, distribution, and finances.

Cons

The company only cares about the bottom line and finances. The care for their employees went away with Mario (the founder) leaving the company. I've seen people fired to save money, I've seen policies change on a whim to appease personal preferences, and while the executives get a huge paycheck, the benefits for the employees do not improve and the company culture is slowly dying. 90% of the employees in the corporate office have been with the company less than a year. Everyone is leaving for a reason. They do not pay out PTO when you leave the company, but they make you pay for used PTO if you leave before the end of the annual cycle and you use more than the percentage accrued.

Pros

You learn to eat healthy and meet great people

Cons

Poor food quality, no work/life balance! This is 100% sales based, if you help a new customer and they don't buy supplements or book a consult, you failed and your hours get cut!!

Pros

The only pro is that I left.

Cons

Just about anyone would want to work here because of the great purpose in helping people, and the promise of moving up the ladder quickly. It's just another way of saying "High Turnover". Why? Spare yourself, and look elsewhere. This is a young company, and nobody knows what they are doing. Turn over is high even on the corporate level. There is no training, and management is under qualified. They will promote and hire anybody. They just need a warm body to sell food and the 21 Day to customers. Communication is terrible, and this company is going down the drain. Don't expect to have weekends or an outside life. If you are hourly, your hours will be cut to keep labor costs low, or if you are salaried, you will work too many hours because corporate has unrealistic expectations. Either way, you don't get paid enough for the stress and time that the job requires. My first thought after leaving was "I am free and have my life back!", and haven't missed it for a second.
