Pros
Some great, inspiring design. There are some really amazing, talented people who are at NBBJ but that isn't enough to fix the fundamental culture issues.
Cons
If you work hard, you are rewarded with more work which leads to burnout. They reward the sycophants with titles and pay increases, not the people who actually work hard. Core Team and executives do not care about the emotional well being of the younger staff. Four days in the office is outrageous given they had their most profitable years during Covid and everyone was working from home. They will continue to lose great people if they do not appreciate them or help them succeed.
