      Pros

      They will push you to grow and challenge your ideas. You get the opportunity to work on amazing world class projects.

      Cons

      If you are in a role which is outside the norm, you will be challenged far more than someone who already fits in.

      Pros

      Great people, opportunity to do great work. Most of Sr Mgmt is excellent. If you're young, outgoing & a designer, good opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Firm is arrogant regarding value of experience with other firms. Need to learn the jargon to be accepted. Firm doesn't value technical people nearly as highly as they do designers.

      Pros

      High degree of corporate transparency - a lot of information is available and freely given if you ask. Management devoted a lot of time and thought to developing a recession strategy that served them quite well compared to the broader architectural community.

      Cons

      Chasing fads and ideas more than creating them. Corporate culture is overbearing and too focused on the bottom line. Culture schism between offices. Benefits could be more generous.
