Pros

-They produce great design work and presentations. -Some members in the Senior team are really good and helpful. Very few of them though. -Proud to be part of the work.

Cons

-You are expected to find work yourself. -A lot of politics. Average work with brown nosing and expensive dressing style works in this environment. -50% of the people here are your competitors/enemies. Remaining 50% are disgruntled. -Poor compensation compared to other firms at your level. -Cannot handle visa processing. -Seniors barely follow 8-5 schedule. They do not know how to use software efficiently. Juniors expected to make up for the work and are also treated badly. -Technical work is weak.

Pros

The collaborative environment and design focus. In addition, there is an attention to process design the entire design phases. This results in overall team commitment to the purpose and intent of the project. We also involve all consultants in the design collaborative effort. The design is more focused on the realization of the program rather than trends and star designer approaches.

Cons

The lack of clarity relative to process and excessive meetings. The process tends to get self absorbed and at times people do not have a clear sense of where they are going. In addtion, the large scale of the projects creates a sluggish team that looses its ability to act nimbly to new design ideas.
