Pay is comparable to other vendors in the industry. Benefits are good.

Cons

Next to no true mindshare in the IT space. Technology is aging and products have given up all ground to competitors and open source solutions. No true competitive edge in target markets. Old ideas, old product, old leadership. Not much in the way of career progression.
