Pros

Some really great rank and file employees. CEO thinks of employees as a family, but it is a totally dysfunctional family. Work life balance is good, but commensurate with the average compensation.

Cons

Toxic people who curry favor with the right executives are rewarded with promotions and managerial positions. I had an string of managers that were hated and despised, but somehow kept their jobs for too long.
