CEO is ruining what used to be a great company

Pros

On site food, good management, opportunities for personal development. Benefits are good.

Cons

CEO is actively hostile to workers, demanding a return-to-office and not showing any notable improvements to the company as a result. Company used to offer flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities, but has revoked that flexibility. CEO is trying to squeeze out employees due to a refusal to institute layoffs, and is losing good employees. Little to no work life balance.

The cafeteria. Free meals during Diwali! Great engineers.

Cons

The management team never experiences turnover. The place is a retirement home for mediocre managers. The upper echelon of managers have created an exclusive club for themselves, while talented people below them are boxed out of opportunities where they could make a real difference
