Pros

The company offers generous benefits and do promote work-life balance. Most people can work from home when they need to take care of their family matters. People are easy to work with. It's a great place for mid 50's workers to work until retirement.

Cons

The company offers few opportunities to advance career or promote cross-functional learning. Employees tend to remain at the same position year after year.

smoke and mirrors

Pros

Like most other companies that suck, the only pro next to maybe a handsome salary would be the personal relationships you are able to build with your teammates through (unrecognized) hard work.

Cons

Awful leadership starting with the CEO. Heavy politics and I mean, disturbingly unethical. A company that bandaid fixes. Limited growth opportunities based on who in leadership you are able to schmooze. Lack of accountability is in NetScout leadership's DNA. Those who have positive things to say about NetScout on Glassdoor are the ones who are part of the NetScout players club.
