Very caring company. Flexible hours and work structure. Good benefits. Able to work remotely when needed. Good bonus and rewards.

Cons

Some times hard to advance in your position. No floating holidays. No reimbursement for cell phone usage unless you are in sales.

Pros

Company has great benefits and cares about the employees. CEO's philosophy is happy employees create happy customers and that creates happy shareholders. Security business is great addition to product portfolio.

Cons

Need more infrastructure and process to support larger company size from acquiring a big company. Need to raise the bar on performance to operate at the level needed for company size.

Pros

The people in the San Jose office were exceptional, kind, considerate, and very capable. The work was challenging and they allowed us a lot of freedom in terms of work environment.

Cons

The corporate office in MA was clueless. They had no understanding of the salary differential engineers in the Bay Area command. They're "hub cap chasers", with no long-term vision, as a product mgr once told me.
