1) Great ideas , lot of innovation. 2) As such is a small company, you can deep dive into the technology you're into. 3) Flexible timings, with a great environment created by colleagues 4) Good perks for senior employees

Friendly teams, flexible schedules, telecommuting option for some positions. The employee benefits are exceptional and longer vacations are great and easy to obtain permission for.

Cons

Can get locked into a niche position. With offices all over the world communication within a team can become troublesome with different team members starting conference calls at 1:00 AM or later.
