- Good work/life balance - Good benefits - Great people to work with - Products are cutting edge and very few others are providing solutions like NetScout does

Cons

- Salary is a bit too low for the bay area location due to high cost of living - Management hasn't proven yet they are committed to the Berkeley office

very good benefits, salary not so good flexible hours, ability to work remotely yearly learning budget - hard to get it though, defienitely not promoted to the employees very good health insurance, some 401(k) match

Cons

no career opportunities for regular engineers tech-stack and dev practices heavily lacking behind the state-of-the-art high politics, slow motion lack of accountability people are not very motivated compensation: salaries below market average
