-Employees are very talented -Friendly atmosphere -The products are very sophisticated, this is a great place to learn -Good work-life balance

Cons

-Need more focus on product quality. robustness, & documentation for long-term success -Not enough investment in enabling employees (e.g. lab equipment, training, etc.) -Low career mobility: company will freeze or reverse plans on raises/promotions and there are constant reorgs

- Salary is a bit too low for the bay area location due to high cost of living - Management hasn't proven yet they are committed to the Berkeley office
