Pros
Netscout has a strict policy against lay offs. Even in the worst of times, Netscout has never let anyone go. Work culture is relaxed and most people have been with the company for 10+ years.
Cons
There is very little growth in this company. Be it financial, or career wise. The pay is very low compared to industrials standards, to start with, and the yearly hikes are always less than 4%; sometimes entirely skipped. The job feels like a dead end job, and people don't leave, new people are not hired, and there is basically no room to grow.

Culture to value staff, people not treated as numbers, given respect. Culture of learning and improving, Work as teams and support each other in work, Work life balance not bad. Diversity, inclusive, good benefits.
Cons
Follow US calendar for financial close, which means at times at month have to compromise bank holidays and work on UK bank holiday, No formal work performance evaluation and appraisal process. No clear career growth opportunities.
